We offer user support on the customer’s terms. You have the following options to choose from:

Telephone support and 1:1 guidance: Telephone support is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00. Our customer service number is 0600 9 6000. The price of the call is 1.35€ / minute + local network fee (VAT 0%).

During the call, our user support can, with your permission, log into the system and make the changes and development activities you wish. All actions taken during the call are included in the phone bill and there won’t be a separate bill.

Contact requests: If you would like, you can leave a contact request here. We will deal with your request as soon as possible, usually the same day. We will get back to you to the email you have left.

Video support: We offer remote counseling on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The counseling can apply to any aspect of the service you wish. In order for us to ensure the success of the service, it would be great if you could briefly describe the matter on the related page. You can book a time for video support here. For video support, we, charge 79€ / starting hour (VAT 0%). Invoicing is done with the same customer information as in the service contract.

Please note that depending on the problem, it is possible that you will need to log in to your own customer account in Growth Engine.

Training: We also organize training for one or more people either at the Groweo Office in the heart of Helsinki or at your company’s premises. For training events, we charge 79€ / starting hour (VAT 0%) as well as possible travel and accommodation costs. If you are interested in training, please contact us.
